AccuDiagTM HBcAb ELISA 96T

HBcAb ELISA Kit is an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay used for the detection of antibodies to Hepatitis B core antigen (HBcAb) in serum or plasma samples. The microplate wells are pre-coated with recombinant HBc antigen. When samples are added, specific HBc antibodies bind to the coated antigen. After washing, an HRP-conjugated anti-human IgG is added, followed by TMB substrate development and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.

The assay is designed for research on Hepatitis B virus infection, seroconversion, and immune response profiling. Each kit contains 96 wells, operates at 37 °C, and reagents are stored at 2–8 °C.
